Last week, the international cooperation manager of German engineering industry association NORDMETALL, Hans Manzke, visited Lithuania. On this occasion, Lithuanian student information and technical creativity Center (LMITKC) and the engineering industries association of Lithuania LINPRA initiated the event concerning cooperation opportunities in the field of vocational guidance.

 Representatives of the Ministry of Education and science reported on  career guidance strategies for the education system and also presentation by LMITKC project managers were prepared. Participants of the event shared their experiences in such activities and it was very interesting to hear how is the german institutions promoting engineering professions operating on new ideas and modern measures.
